First preprint out of the Chung Lab

Antonis Margaritakis, in collaboration with the Ulmer and Zeno Labs, has published his first preprint! His research focused on how certain protein domains sense specific cellular membranes, a key step in helping them recognize and interact with organelles. To study this, he developed a fast, high-throughput method that measures how strongly these proteins bind by detecting subtle changes in fluorescence.
